The Apprenticeship Advantage

These days, there are lots of options available to you when you come out of full time education. So why choose an Apprenticeship? It's not just the chance to ‘earn while you learn' that makes Apprenticeships such an exciting option, but since that extra bit of cash in your pocket is always a good thing, that's where we'll start our list of the advantages of an Apprenticeship.

Earnings
The absolute minimum you'll earn as an Apprentice is £95 per week, but let's think about a slightly bigger amount: £100,000. What could you do with £100,000? Because research shows that on average apprentices earn over £100,000 more throughout their lifetime than other employees. Why does an Apprenticeship make such a difference? One reason is that once you've started out on an Apprenticeship, the sky really is the limit, whether you carry on in employment or choose to move on to Higher Education.

Career Prospects

Or you could always go on to higher education in a college or university...

A way in to Higher Education
